Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date you purchased your garment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note we have a strict refund policy. We advise sending all returns via express post.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be received by Bianca and Bridgett within 7 days that you receive your item. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged. Must be returned with the original swing tags attached to the garment as well as the original packaging including the box. Any garments returned that is is stained in any way or has been dry cleaned or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
To complete your return please email email@example.com with a description of what you are seeking as well proof of purchase.
Please note Bianca and Bridgett reserve the right to refuse to refund, provide an exchange or credit note should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Please note any costs for postage to send the garment back to Bianca and Bridgett will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise to send with a tracking number to ensure the item is not lost.
Please note we do not offer refunds for Change of Mind.
Please note we do not refund if you have already purchased an item and then re purchase as a sale item.
We do not offer refunds after a second exchange.
Should you need to exchange your item you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it back to Bianca and Bridgett. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will advise you on the next steps.

Within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. A return postage bag must be included at the customers expense.
Should you choose a credit note you will be given 3 months from the date Bianca and Bridgett receive your return.

After the first exchange
Once we have exchanged an item once, there is no eligibility for refunds.
Once a Pre-Order has been made, you are not entitled to a refund until you have received the item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
