Bianca and Bridgett ship all of our garments via Australia Post

BIANCA AND BRIDGETT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

All orders are sent via Express post and there is a shipping fee of $15.00 for Domestic Post and we provide a tracking number.

Our orders do not require a signature on delivery please make sure the address you order your parcel to has adequate security as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen.

Any parcels that are returned to sender and need to be re-shipped will be at the cost of the customer.

We hold no liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address.

We endeavour to get your parcel out as soon as possible however please allow for 48 hours from date of purchase unless pre-ordered. Should you require something urgently please email customercare@biancaandbridgett.com and speak to one of our representatives.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. If you need to make any changes please contact customercare@biancaandbridgett.com immediately.

Bianca and Bridgett will not be held responsible for any customs/tax/duties charged. Any fees of this nature will be the responsibility of the customer.
