To be eligible for a refund, your item must be received by Bianca & Bridgett within 7 business days from when you receive your item. Refunds are only eligible for full-priced items. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be received by Bianca & Bridgett within 14 business days from when you receive your item. We determine this from the date received via your tracking.

All sale Items $100 and under are final sales. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credit notes for items $100 and under.
